The hotel is located on the main high street of Madrid. A huge choice of shops and restaurants right at your door step. Thus, the perfect location. The street is very busy but that's what I like. But once inside the hotel, it's very tranquil. The security at the door is robust to fend off the beggars and possible anti-social elements. The best part of the hotel is its rooftop pool. You can relax in the pool and have drinks of your choice served to your table. This rooftop is always lively with great ambience. The hotel overall maintains very high standards in terms of service, cleanliness and the comfort in the rooms. Really high quality.

The location was perfect, easily accessible by metro and took only 25 minutes from the airport. Right in the middle of Madrid so easy walkable access to the main sites. Room was clean, modern and comfortable. Good air-con and Wi-Fi throughout, including at the rooftop terrace and pool, which was such a bonus to cool off in after a day in the heat. The pool was never too busy and it was always possible to find a sun lounger. The staff were great and were always happy to help. Being able to store luggage on our day of departure was very helpful. Thoroughly recommended and would gladly stay again.

The staff are very helpful and friendly ,the place is spotless, the breakfast is plentiful and varied.The room we had 602 was spacious and had a great bed and bathroom. A/c was efficient which was great see that the temperature was hitting 44°c. The pool area and staff are wonderful couldn't do enough to make you comfortable. The pool itself was very clean and lovely for an afternoon dip. Prices for a city centre hotel is on par with other quality hotels we have stayed in.

The beds were extremely comfortable, and although the room overlooked the main street, the room was very quiet. Breakfast couldn't have been any better. So much variety. It is in a fabulous location, walking distance to attractions and right on the main shopping strip. If you want to stay in the heart of Madrid, this is a beautiful hotel.
