The location was perfect, easily accessible by metro and took only 25 minutes from the airport. Right in the middle of Madrid so easy walkable access to the main sites. Room was clean, modern and comfortable. Good air-con and Wi-Fi throughout, including at the rooftop terrace and pool, which was such a bonus to cool off in after a day in the heat. The pool was never too busy and it was always possible to find a sun lounger. The staff were great and were always happy to help. Being able to store luggage on our day of departure was very helpful. Thoroughly recommended and would gladly stay again.

Definitely worth a visit! The hotel is located in the very center of Madrid, we were greeted by friendly staff, the hotel itself is very beautiful and clean. The room was gorgeous and with a beautiful view, I would also like to mention the excellent bathroom and comfortable bed with a large TV. The hotel service is thought out to the smallest detail such as shampoos, combs, delivery to the room and room cleaning when required. The breakfast is excellent, there is a choice, everything was fresh and tasty. We will definitely visit the hotel again 🫶

The hotel was very central, the four rooms we had booked for a hen weekend were lovely, towels changed and rooms cleaned every day, breakfast had a great choice of food and drinks. Staff all very friendly and helpful. The totally best thing though was the roof sky bar and pool. In the middle of a hot city it was an oasis, and such beautiful views over the city, especially at night. Food & drink served all day and bar open until midnight or one in the morning.

The hotel is beautiful. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooftop pool was amazing. The beds were extremely comfortable, and although the room overlooked the main street, the room was very quiet. Breakfast couldn't have been any better. So much variety. It is in a fabulous location, walking distance to attractions and right on the main shopping strip. If you want to stay in the heart of Madrid, this is a beautiful hotel.

The biggest highlight is the pool, which provides sweeping views of the city, the royal palace and is just a wonderful place to swim and relax on a hot day. It is right across the street from a subway stop, so it's easy to get to other neighborhoods to explore. Overall, very good.
